Refund & Cancellation Policy

We believe in complete transparency and building trust before you invest. That is why we provide a 100% free live demo class with an expert trainer before any payment is requested.

Eligibility for Refunds: If you enrol in a course package and wish to cancel before attending your first scheduled live batch class, you are eligible for a 100% full refund with zero cancellation fees.

Post-Commencement Policy: Once batch classes have commenced and personalised evaluation materials or dedicated 1-on-1 trainer hours have been allocated, course fees are non-refundable. However, if an unavoidable emergency or scheduling conflict arises, you may request a free batch transfer or pause your preparation for up to 60 days.

Refund Processing Timeline: Approved refund requests are processed within 5 to 7 business days directly to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, or card) through our payment gateway partners.

How to Request a Refund: Send an email to support@adhenways.com or message our official WhatsApp coordinator with your enrolment email, student name, and reason for cancellation.
